Natural progesterone

Women worldwide want to feel good, look great, and avoid the common symptoms of pain and discomfort associated with menstruation and menopause. The quest to discover solutions to the myriad of symptoms that plague woman and men is ongoing.

Yet for many decades Dr John Lee personally had a positive impact on millions of women worldwide, with the introduction and education of his revolutionary study into the causes of hormonal imbalance.

He said, “It may sound too good to be true, but it’s merely a case of supplying the body with what it needs to maintain balance. You’ve read about how out of balance our estrogenic environment has become; it’s no wonder women are feeling much better when they use some natural  progesterone in the form of a simple cream.”

There seem to be many benefits from using such a cream. But where does one find it? Read More

My Story: Overcoming Infertility, Chronic Fatigue, & Depression.

My Story: Overcoming Infertility, Chronic Fatigue, Depression. How the Savvy Team Helped Me Transform My Health!

One of the best things we discovered about the Savvy Team, was the extensive support received. I particularly loved the information I got as a result of the ongoing support, constant connection and feedback, I was able to adjust our program and actually take responsibility for my families health and wellbeing.

After enduring a range of hormonal imbalances as a teenager, and then being put on the Contraceptive Pill to supposedly ‘fix’ these, as the years went by my health deteriorated. I suffered from mild depression and finally debilitating chronic fatigue after a bout of glandular fever. Eventually, I discovered I was infertile and underwent three years of IVF with severe side-effects.

I don’t want to dwell on past history and old problems, but I guess the point to make from this – I THOUGHT I WAS NORMAL and so did the doctors I saw throughout my life to the age of 30.

I thought all of these problems were a normal part of being a woman and because I got no relief from talking to GPs about any of these issues (in fact, it took seeing a range of GPs and 3 months before the Glandular Fever was even diagnosed) I thought the only problem I had was in my head – and from various Doctor’s comments I think many of them thought so too.

I thought that all my sicknesses were ‘normal’ . . .

Hormonal Imbalance And Auto-Immune Issues: Gone!

Here’s what a friend of mine sent me recently when I asked for a testimonial of her wellness journey. “I’d spent years suffering from many illnesses and undergoing many operations.

I suffered from  excruciating migraines, continual bloating, nausea, memory lapse, fuzziness and I walked around in a daze. I was under a cardiologist and on HRT,  plus I had an auto-immune disorder which resulted in regular surgery.

I thought that my life was normal!

The wellness I was able to accomplish when I finally realised I could take responsibility for myself and my health, and do it naturally and with a wonderful support group, was just simply amazing. Read More

Does Death Begin In The Colon?

My original exposure to the warning that “Death begins in the colon” and the further investigation of it that I undertook, came after hearing if from Dr. Bernard Jensen, D.C. who, in some circles, is referred to as the “Father of Colonics”. But the term has also been ascribed to physicians in ancient Egypt, and said to be espoused by Hippocrates, the apparent father of modern medicine, whose teachings link many illnesses to problems with the digestive tract, and the lack of optimal functioning of the body.

If not death, then perhaps at least disease and ill health might have a lot to do with the much overlooked function and health of the digestive tract. And the way to achieve that simply and effectively, does depend on the Savvy Team’s three-step process. The strategy of optimising nutrient intake while minimising toxins is also the central focus of the Savvy Team.

The Savvy Team point to the research showing that these days, children, and especially those coming from families with a history of “brain-immuno-gut disorders”, are also being affected with paediatric disorders such as ADHD, Asthma, allergies, autism, chronic illness, depression, learning and language delay, and digestive and behavioural disorders. All of these conditions are now proven to be triggered by toxins, malnutrition and infections as well as inflammatory conditions and stress. While their diets may be ‘good’, they are almost always found to be low in nutrition.
