Your first step to changing your thinking is to become more self-aware. Recognition of how many thoughts you think that are negative, especially when related to yourself, is a huge factor in living a successful life. No-one can achieve success when they think of themselves as a failure, as a looser, as weak, unpopular, or any of the hundreds of other ‘un-word’s’ we put on ourselves.

Most people do not even realise how many negative, self-condemning thoughts run through their head, unrecognised, every minute of the day. If you don’t even know you are doing it how do you expect to change that? If you fill your life with negativity, you cannot change your circumstances to a more positive one.

Holistic healing is really a lifestyle approach. Throughout history, cultures have adopted a variety of explanations and philosophies in the continuing quest for health.
